These terms govern your use of chargemy.ai and the ChargeMyAI service, operated by Wohnmohr. By creating an account or topping up, you agree to them.

The service

ChargeMyAI lets you use AI features inside apps built by third-party developers. Some replies run free on your own device; others are generated by AI models in the cloud and paid for from your ChargeMyAI balance. Prices are shown before you top up.

Your wallet

• Your balance is prepaid credit for AI usage on ChargeMyAI. It is not a bank deposit, e-money, or a wallet you can send money from or withdraw as cash.
• Credit is spent per reply at the price listed at the time. On-device replies are free.
• Each app you connect has a daily spending limit you control, and you can pause spending or disconnect an app at any time.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, resell access, or use it to generate unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Developers

Developers who integrate the SDK may earn a share of what their users spend, under a separate developer agreement. Developers are responsible for their own apps and for how they describe ChargeMyAI to their users.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change prices and features; material changes will be shown on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

Liability

AI replies can be wrong or incomplete; use judgement before relying on them. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the unused balance in your account at the time of the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Trichy have exclusive jurisdiction.
