Privacy Policy

Last updated 19 October 2026

This policy explains what Wohnmohr ("ChargeMyAI", "we") collects when you use chargemy.ai and the ChargeMyAI service, why, and your choices. We are an Indian business and keep your money ledger and account data in India.

What we collect

  • Account: your email address and a sign-in identifier from Google or an email one-time code. We never see your Google password.
  • Wallet and usage: your balance and a ledger of top-ups, AI replies and refunds, and which app each belonged to. We do not store the content of your prompts or AI replies.
  • Developer account: for developers, the sites (origins) you claim and your payout details.
  • Technical: IP address and basic request data, kept briefly to run the service and prevent fraud and abuse.

What we do not collect

We never collect or store your UPI PIN, card numbers or bank credentials. Payments are handled entirely by our payment partner (Razorpay); we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.

Why we use it

To run your account and wallet, process top-ups, show your history, pay developers their share, keep the service secure, meet legal and tax obligations, and answer your support requests.

Who we share it with

  • Razorpay, to take your UPI top-up. Their handling of your payment is governed by Razorpay’s own privacy policy.
  • AI model providers, who receive the text of a reply request to generate the answer. Cloud replies are processed on servers in India unless you have agreed otherwise.
  • Infrastructure providers (our database and hosting) acting only as our processors.
  • We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep account and ledger data while your account is active and for as long as the law requires us to keep financial records. You can ask us to delete your account; we will remove what we are not legally required to keep.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Grievances

For any privacy question or complaint, contact our Grievance Officer, Rangeesh Rajagopal, at [email protected] (see the Contact page). We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours.
